Job Description

Senior Manager – Production (Robotics) oversees robotic manufacturing operations, ensuring optimal efficiency, productivity, and product quality. This role involves planning, coordinating, and managing robotic assembly lines, implementing automation strategies, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The manager leads cross-functional teams, optimizes production schedules, and integrates advanced robotics to enhance overall manufacturing performance and innovation within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily production operations across multiple robotic assembly units.
  • Implement automation strategies to enhance production efficiency and precision.
  • Coordinate with engineering teams for robotic process improvements.
  • Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory manufacturing standards.
  • Analyze production data to optimize workflow and reduce downtime.
  • Oversee maintenance schedules for robotic equipment and production systems.
  • Train staff in robotics operations, maintenance, and process optimization.
  • Manage budget, resources, and cost control for robotic production units.

Skill & Experience

  • Strong knowledge of industrial robotics and automation technologies.
  • Expertise in production planning, process improvement, and lean manufacturing.
