Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Lead end-to-end CapEx projects for new plant setup, expansion, and modernization ensuring cost, quality, and timeline adherence.
Prepare feasibility studies, project budgets, and ROI analysis aligned with corporate strategy.
Evaluate, finalize, and manage equipment vendors and contractors for mechanical, electrical, and civil works.
Drive installation, commissioning, and handover of machinery with full compliance to safety and statutory norms.
Implement energy-efficient and sustainable engineering practices across feed plants.
Collaborate with Production, QA, and Finance teams to ensure seamless project execution and operational readiness.

Preferred candidate profile

Expertise in
project planning, budgeting, and execution
of new feed plants and modernization projects.
Proficiency in
vendor evaluation, negotiation, and contract management
for mechanical, electrical, and civil works.
Sound understanding of
mechanical, electrical, and utility engineering
(pneumatics, compressors, boilers, etc.).
Familiarity with
AutoCAD layouts, plant design, and capacity optimization
.
Knowledge of
safety, statutory compliance, and environmental norms
applicable to manufacturin
