- Manage the end-to-end purchasing process, including requisition, sourcing, and order placement
- Coordinate all aspects of procurement from sourcing to negotiating contracts and pricing.
- Sourcing a new vendors and suppliers.
- Manage and prepare purchase orders, invoices, and receipts to ensure budget adherence.
- Prepare Performa Invoice.
- Taking a follow-ups with vendors and manufacturer.
- Meeting Schedule with vendors.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure quality and reliability
- Provided PF, ESIC and PT.
