Senior Manager - Payroll and Operations

In this role, you will be responsible for operational excellence in HR by collaborating with internal stakeholders to update HRMS in ZOHO, Workday, or ADP. Your duties will include overseeing compliance, reporting, employee relations, communication, benefits administration, and strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing HR operations and the employee experience.
