Senior Manager Modern Trade (Alliance & Business) to lead our modern trade operations and strategic alliances. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in retail business development, modern trade, alliance management, and store expansion

Job Summary:

Business Development: Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth through modern trade channels and retail alliances.
AllianceManagement: Build and maintain strong partnerships with key retailers, negotiate strategic agreements, and ensure mutually beneficial relationships.
TeamLeadership: Lead and mentor a team of professionals to achieve business objectives and ensure smooth execution of plans.
StoreExpansion: Identify new store opportunities and work cross-functionally to accelerate business expansion.
PerformanceAnalysis: Analyze sales data, market trends, and performance metrics to optimize strategies and improve business results.

Requirements

Experience: 15+ years in retail business, with at least 10 years in modern trade, alliance management, and store expansion.
Retail Expertise: Strong understanding of retail operations, merchandising, and sales growth.
Alliance Skills: Proven success in managing and negotiating alliances with retail partners.
Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive performance.
