Responsibilities 🔹 Oversee end-to-end MICE operations for domestic & international movements 🔹 Negotiate and manage contracts with hotels, DMCs & service providers 🔹 Ensure smooth project execution with zero compromise on client expectations 🔹 Collaborate closely with sales teams for proposal creation & conversions 🔹 Represent ENRICH INDIA in supplier meetings, recces & contracting trips Qualifications ✅ 7+ years of MICE operations and contracting experience ✅ Strong supplier network in MICE destinations. ✅ Detail-oriented with excellent multitasking & communication skills ✅ Expertise in budgeting, vendor negotiations, and execution planning ✅ Comfortable with travel, client coordination & tight timelines Show more Show less
