Key Responsibilities ➢ Work with the team to bring strategic change in handling Visa operations and optimizing resources. ➢ Responsible for ensuring hassle-free Visa operations. ➢ Be a single point of contact for Client & Finance for all the Visa-related bills. ➢ Maintaining and creating relationships with the corporate/clients/agents through monthly visits, updates, and mail communication. ➢ Relationship management with Branches & VFS ➢ You must prepare all fee quotes and any information required by clients, colleagues or authorities. ➢ You must maintain strong working relationships with all clients and colleagues. ➢ Dealing with client queries by phone, email, and in person. ➢ You must oversee the completion of all relevant visa and immigration documents and ensure that they are received within the time limit set by the government. ➢ Must be able to help the client to obtain Visas, Green cards, and other documentation required. ➢ Interview all clients and deal with all applications face to face and by post to ensure that the client is suitable ➢ You must take full responsibility for all Immigration issues and operations, remaining up to date with any changes to legislation. Requirements - A commanding desire to learn and succeed in a travel visa division. - 2+ years visa management or related travel/MICE experience - You must be fluent in English and have experience in Immigration procedures and OISC accreditation. - You must have strong communication and negotiation skills as the job is centered on communication with the client, colleagues and authorities. - You must be able to work to tight deadlines even when under pressure, whilst still being able to provide a high level of customer service. - You must be proficient in Microsoft Office and any other software related to Visa and Immigration. Key Responsibilities You will be responsible for acquiring and retaining corporate clients for MICE businesses. The main focus will be on contribution to the Enrich India bottom line and compliance with company policy. Meeting new clients, promoting the Enrich India brand, and converting queries into business opportunities. Partnering with the operations team to submit competitive and qualitative quotes to clients. Ensuring a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) is signed with every client for every business engagement. Representing the client to internal stakeholders and doing a timely and thorough handover to the service delivery team for execution. Accompanying the client on tours, if required by the terms of the MoU. Being the one-point contact for all queries, both pre-sales and after-sales. Collecting payment from clients as per terms of the contract. Follow up with the clients post the event/experience to gather feedback and share all relevant details with the management and internal team. Achieving the revenue budget while adhering to company policies and internal processes. Winning repeat businesses from existing clients. Assisting the Senior management to develop and execute sales strategies. Preparation and submission of sales reports on a timely basis.
