Operations & Contracting - M.I.C.E (TRAVEL)

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Leading end-to-end MICE operations & contracting for both India and global markets
• Contracting with hotels, DMCs, and on-ground partners to deliver cost-effective solutions
• Coordinating with internal teams for tailored proposals and execution planning
• Ensuring all deliverables meet client expectations with precision and quality
• Representing Enrich India in vendor meetings, recces, and industry events

What We’re Looking For

✔ 4+ years of relevant MICE experience, preferably with exposure to both operations & contracting

✔ Strong supplier network across key MICE destinations

✔ Confident communicator with excellent negotiation and organizational skills

✔ Proven ability to manage complex logistics, budgets, and client timelines

✔ Willingness to travel and handle high-pressure, quick-turnaround events

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
