Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Manager - MICE Operations based in Gurugram. The Senior Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and management of large-scale corporate group travel programs. Day-to-day tasks include client liaison, vendor management, and ensuring seamless coordination of all operation logistics to deliver high-quality experiences. The role also involves strategic planning and continuous improvement of MICE operations.

• Corporate Group Tours Handling - MICE (Domestic and Outbound)

• Excellent client liaison and relationship management skills
• Tour Manager Briefing and Handovers
• Vendor management and negotiation with Hotels/DMC
• Pre And Post-tour profitability analysis and Invoice generations
• Team leadership and operational reports for management.
• Proficiency in using management software and Advance Excel
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Experience of

  10 + years in the MICE

  industry is preferred
