Job Description

MDM Strategy & Leadership
Develop and execute the enterprise MDM strategy, aligning with business objectives and IT roadmap.
Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Informatica Master Data Services solutions.
Establish and enforce data governance policies, standards, and best practices for master data domains (e. g. , customer, product, vendor, employee).
Informatica MDM Implementation & Management
Oversee the configuration, deployment, and maintenance of Informatica MDM solutions.
Manage data modeling, data integration, data quality, and workflow processes within Informatica.
Collaborate with Informatica support and vendor teams to resolve technical issues and optimize platform performance.
Data Quality & Governance
Define and monitor data quality metrics, ensuring accuracy, completeness, consistency, and timeliness of master data.
Implement data stewardship processes and coordinate with business data owners.
Lead data cleansing, enrichment, and deduplication initiatives.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Partner with business units, IT teams, and data stewards to understand master data requirements and deliver solutions.
Facilitate communication and training on MDM processes, policies, and tools.
Support integration of master data with other enterprise systems (e. g. , ERP, CRM, analytics platforms).
Project & Team Management
Lead MDM projects from requirements gathering through delivery and ongoing support.
Manage and mentor a team of MDM analysts, data stewards, and technical staff.
Oversee project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
Compliance & Risk Management
Ensure master data management practices comply with regulatory requirements (e. g. , GDPR, HIPAA).
Identify and mitigate risks related to data privacy, security, and integrity.
Continuous Improvement
Stay current with industry trends, Informatica product updates, and emerging MDM technologies.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance data management capabilities and business value.

Qualification & Experience:

Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Management, or related field.
12+ years of experience in data management, with at least 5 years specializing in Informatica Master Data Services.
Proven experience leading MDM programs and teams in a complex, enterprise environment.
Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and data integration concepts.
Hands-on expertise with Informatica MDM, including configuration, data modeling, and workflow management.
Experience with related technologies (e. g. , ETL, data warehousing, ERP/CRM integration).
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices for data privacy and security.
Experience working in a global setting.
Excellent communication skills.
