Skills Required:
- Proven track record of success in developing and executing winning strategies for D2C and eCommerce businesses.
- Expertise in Google Ads, data analysis, attribution, and marketing ROI measurement.
- The ability to lead, motivate, and inspire a team.
- Ability to analyze complex data sets and develop creative solutions to optimize campaign performance and budget allocation.
- Solid understanding of advanced Google Ads features, such as Smart Bidding, audience segmentation, and automation tools.
- Strong expertise in Google Ads platforms, including YouTube, DV360, Demand Gen, PMAX, Search, and Shopping.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics and other reporting tools.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Google Ads certification is highly preferred.
What will you do?
- Ideate, execute, and optimize performance-driven campaigns across a variety of platforms including Google Search, YouTube, Shopping, DV360, and other Google channels.
- Drive strategic initiatives aimed at boosting brand visibility, increasing conversions, and enhancing incremental growth via Google.
- Lead initiatives around incrementality testing to measure true campaign performance and guide decision-making.
- Develop effective attribution models to accurately measure the campaign impact.
- Generate actionable insights and performance reports for stakeholders.
- Implement advanced bidding strategies and optimization tactics using Smart Bidding, audience segmentation, A/B testing, and more.
- Audit product feeds for accuracy and compliance with Google s policies to maximize performance in Shopping & Remarketing campaigns.
- Work closely with other marketing teams (SEO, content, creative, etc) to ensure integrated strategies and align digital campaigns with broader marketing goals.
