Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee end-to-end finance and accounting operations for international business units.
Ensure compliance with finance principles, policies, and regulatory requirements.
Lead and mentor finance teams, fostering high performance and professional growth.
Drive process improvements and implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency.
Prepare and present financial reports, dashboards, and insights to senior management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for strategic decision-making and business support.
Utilize advanced tools like MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI for financial analysis and reporting.
Support audits, statutory compliance, and management reporting requirements.
Apply critical thinking to resolve complex accounting and financial issues.

Preferred Qualifications:

Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA from a reputed institution.
Experience working in MNCs or top-tier management consulting organizations.
