At Medanta Foundation, we are looking for a passionate Human Resources Professional to join our team:

Job Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end HR function from manpower planning, hiring, on boarding to exit processes
Build effective hiring channels for all CSR roles. Recruit effectively, track % of positions closed within agreed timelines, monitor quality of new hires
Support Foundation leadership in planning talent needs for different programs
Drive learning and development programs for team
Drive performance management and learning & development programs for team
Manage all employee matters
Take care of HR operations, payroll, statutory compliances, and records
Create and run HR policies, processes, and practices for CSR initiatives
Partner with leaders to align people practices with the Foundations mission and impactful goals
