Role & responsibilities

Direct Responsibilities

1. Content Development for customized behavioral/functional training programs to be curated as per business requirements

2. Training Delivery for all the behavioural. Functional and sales training as per the monthly calendarized programs

3. Stakeholder Management

4. Champion L&D Branding to position learning as a key driver of organizational success.

Contributing Responsibilities

1. Assist the Head of L&D in developing and executing the annual learning strategy aligned with business goals

2. Co-create learning journeys for various employee segments including advisors, relationship managers, and support teams.

3. Ensure timely execution of learning interventions with measurable outcomes.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 8 10 years of relevant training experience preferably from Broking/BFSI/Banking or volume sales industry
  • Masters Degree in Human Resources/Psychology or Sociology
  • Specialization or certification in Learning & Development or Instructional Design is desired
