Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Manager Learning & Development based in Vijayawada. The Senior Manager will be responsible for designing and implementing effective training programs, identifying skill gaps, and developing strategies to improve employee performance. Key responsibilities also include evaluating training outcomes, fostering a culture of continuous learning, collaborating with different teams, and ensuring alignment of training initiatives with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Learning & Development strategy creation, training need analysis, and performance improvement
• Strong experience in team management, leadership development, and coaching
• Proficiency in instructional design, training delivery, and curriculum development
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Prior experience with digital tools for training and employee development
• Proven track record in managing L&D projects within a corporate or business environment
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field
