Location : Bangalore (No Remote)

Budget : Max : 45 L

Experience : 12+ years in L&D (Into leadership role)

Must have experience in Aviation or Hotel Industry into senior L&D Role

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Manager Learning and Development located in Bengaluru. The Senior Manager will be responsible for designing and implementing learning and development programs, assessing organizational development needs, and providing leadership development and training. They will also collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment of development initiatives with organizational goals. Additional responsibilities include managing a team of training professionals, evaluating the effectiveness of training programs, and continuously improving training delivery methods.

Develop and implement a comprehensive L&D strategy aligned with business objectives,

patient care standards, and industry trends.

2 Establish a structured learning roadmap for different employee levels, including frontline

staff, support staff, and leadership teams.

3 Design and deliver behavioral, and leadership training programs for employees across all

levels.

4 Implement onboarding behavioural training programs for new employees to ensure

smooth integration.

5 Design and implement leadership development programs for departmental heads, and

high-potential employees.

6 Facilitate executive coaching programs for emerging and existing leaders across the

network

7 Establish training assessment metrics and conduct post-training evaluations to measure

impact.

8 Gather feedback from participants and stakeholders to improve program effectiveness.

9 Analyze training ROI and business impact to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

10 Recommend development interventions for continuous improvement

11 Collaborate with hospital leadership team to drive learning initiatives.

12 Lead change management initiatives to promote a learning-focused organizational

culture.
