Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Lead and supervise the IT team managing hardware and software for all brand stores.
Install, configure, and maintain company computer hardware, operating systems, and applications.
Monitor and maintain computer networks and systems at the head office.
Log and resolve technical queries from internal users and customers.
Analyze call logs to identify recurring issues or trends.
Diagnose and resolve hardware or software faults promptly.
Test and evaluate new technologies to enhance efficiency.
Respond to IT-related call-outs and incidents in a timely manner.
Prepare and maintain MIS reports on daily, weekly, and monthly metrics.
