Job Description

Role Overview

The Senior IT Manager will be responsible for leading IT operations and projects across enterprise applications (SAP, POS, WMS, SRD) and infrastructure. This role requires strategic alignment with business stakeholders, ensuring seamless system availability, driving innovation, and leading a team to deliver business transformation initiatives.

Lead application management for SAP (S4/Hana), POS (ETP), WMS, SRD, and other enterprise platforms.
Oversee IT infrastructure (data centers, cloud, networks, endpoints) ensuring uptime, security, and scalability.
Partner with business to design, plan, and execute IT projects that drive operational efficiency.
Establish IT governance, SLAs, and compliance frameworks.
Mentor and lead a team of IT managers, engineers, and vendor partners.
Evaluate emerging technologies and propose adoption where beneficial.

Key Skills & Competencies

Strong expertise in SAP, POS, WMS, and retail IT systems.
Solid knowledge of infrastructure (networks, cloud, servers, cybersecurity).
Experience in large-scale IT project delivery.
Leadership and stakeholder management.
Strategic mindset with operational excellence.

Qualifications & Experience

10–15 years of IT experience, with at least 5 years in managerial roles.
Prior experience in retail/FMCG domain preferred.
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
