Senior Manager IT

Role Overview: As the leader of digital & IT initiatives at the airport, your primary role is to drive innovation and enhance operational efficiency through various technology implementations. Your responsibilities include planning and executing a digital & IT roadmap aligned with the airport's vision, collaborating with stakeholders for seamless integration, ensuring timely and quality delivery of digital projects, leading IT service delivery, enhancing customer experience, and utilizing data-driven decision-making for continuous improvement. By embracing digital transformation, you will contribute to achieving greater efficiency, enhancing passenger satisfaction, and maintaining competitiveness in the aviation industry. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement a digital & IT execution roadmap aligned with the airport's vision and goals. - Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and execution of digital & IT initiatives. - Lead the adoption of technologies such as Aviio, APOC, IoT, AI, and other emerging technology and analytics to optimize operations. - Ensure digital projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. - Oversee end-to-end delivery of IT services to ensure continuous operation and on-time execution of IT transformative initiatives. - Design, plan, and budget for IT infrastructure including passive network, data center, Wi-Fi, and cloud network for various airport areas. - Strategically plan and govern IT infrastructure and special airport operations systems for brownfield/greenfield projects. - Enhance customer experience through digital solutions and data-driven decision-making. - Ensure compliance with industry standards and implement robust cybersecurity measures. Qualification Required: - Educational Qualifications: Masters Degree or equivalent in an IT or similar discipline from a UGC/AICTE recognized institute. - Relevant Experience: 15+ years of work experience in IT, preferably in airports or a related domain. - Additional Knowledge Required: Technology adaptation, information security operations, and troubleshooting skills.
