About the Role  

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead Investor Relations, Financial Modelling and Pricing

strategies for the organization. The individual will act as a bridge between the company, its investors,

and internal stakeholders ensuring transparency, credibility and strong financial insights to support

strategic decision making.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage communication with current and potential investors, analysts and financial institutions.

* Prepare investor presentations, earnings releases, financial reports and updates for management.

* Develop, review and maintain complex financial models to support business planning, fundraising,

and strategic initiatives.

* Lead pricing models and strategies for products and services, aligned with market dynamics and

business objectives.

* Partner with business, product and sales team to design competitive pricing frameworks.

* Assist leadership in capital raising initiatives, investor meetings and due diligence processes.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with business goals.

Desired Candidate Profile

* 8-10 years of experience in Investor Relations, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking or

consulting.

* Strong expertise in financial modelling, valuations and pricing strategist.

*Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships with investors, analysts and senior leadership.

* Excellent communication, presentation and analytical skills.
