Job Description

As a Senior International Tax Manager in the International Tax Services (ITS) team at our company, you will have the opportunity to work with some of the largest corporations in the world, providing them with expert advice on international tax planning and M&A deals. You will specifically focus on the Core offering within the ITS Practice, working with the Product & Services and Telecoms, media & Technology sectors alongside sector-leading Partners. The team you will be a part of has a track record of advising on high-profile market transactions and is known for its high performance. You will play a crucial role in helping clients navigate the international market by developing and executing their international tax strategy. Some of your key responsibilities will include: - Building and maintaining relationships with clients - Managing and delivering technically complex consulting projects - Ensuring the quality of client service - Developing junior staff through supervision and mentoring - Contributing to the overall management of the team To excel in this role, you are required to have: - Strong international and UK tax technical skills - Experience in international tax and reviewing skills - Professional qualifications such as ATT / ACA / CA / CTA (or equivalent knowledge) - Experience in team management and coaching Additionally, you should possess the following skills and attributes: - Client focus and commercial awareness - Negotiation skills and ability to handle challenges - Business development acumen - Effective time management and ability to work under pressure - Excellent communication skills - Enthusiastic team player - Change-oriented and innovative mindset At our company, we offer continuous learning opportunities, transformative leadership development, and a diverse and inclusive culture where you can make a meaningful impact.
