Job Description

As a Senior Manager Inside Sales at Newgen, you will lead a regional team across assigned geographies to fuel the sales pipeline, combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution. Your role involves driving account penetration, nurturing CXO-level relationships, and identifying qualified opportunities to accelerate revenue growth. This position is ideal for a sales-minded professional with strong business acumen and technology understanding, aspiring to transition into a full-fledged sales leadership role in the future. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead and mentor a team of Inside Sales Managers/Executives across 23 countries or industry verticals (US, APAC, MEA, UL/EU). - Develop and implement region-specific inside sales strategies aligned with corporate sales goals. - Engage with CXO-level executives through various channels such as calls, emails, social platforms, and events. - Identify, qualify, and nurture enterprise opportunities using a structured lead management process. - Collaborate with Sales, Pre-Sales, and Marketing teams to convert marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) to sales-qualified leads (SQLs). - Monitor team KPIs and ensure high-quality pipeline delivery for field sales teams. - Conduct regular market research to identify whitespace, competitor movement, and emerging opportunities. - Maintain CRM hygiene and provide actionable reporting for leadership visibility. **Key Skills & Attributes:** - 10-14 years of experience in Inside Sales, Business Development, or Demand Generation within Enterprise Tech or SaaS. - Demonstrated experience in leading inside sales teams for enterprise software or SaaS solutions. - Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. - Strong understanding of technology-driven business transformation, especially in ECM, BPM, DPA, or related domains. - Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret pipeline metrics and drive outcomes. - Entrepreneurial, self-driven, and ambitious to progress into mainstream sales leadership.,
