Senior Manager -Hydrocarbon Industry

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Serve as the Hydrocarbon Industry Subject Matter Expert for the Flow Controls Business Unit in India
• Aid the Project pursuit coordinator efficiently during the initial engagement in projects and crafting Hydrocarbon Project requirements starting from the FEED phase
• Guide and support Application Engineering teams for solutions involving Hydrocarbon applications in both Project as well as KOB3 pursuits by working with Asia-Pacific and M town Industry teams as required.
• Drive solution-selling for End-users and improve business from driven displacements and upgrades to Fisher installed base by way of Site Walkdowns, Solution seminars and focus discussions with End Users.
• Own, maintain and enhance our approvals with Hydrocarbon consultants (EIL, PDIL, etc. ) & End Users (IOCL, BPCL, HPCL, ONGC, GAIL, etc. )
• Own/support all initiatives with respect to Hydrocarbon Industry segment such as Fugitive Emission Testing, etc.
• Work closely with Project Pursuit leader to understand upcoming projects across the Hydrocarbon industry segments, identify potential product requirements and gaps, work with Industry team in AP & M town to address them.
• Support service team to resolve any field problems in Hydrocarbon industry by providing application & solutions expertise
• Support PM/Operations in smooth execution of critical project orders
• Focus on customer segmentation & support regional sales in getting/improving KOB3 returns from installed bases.
• Analyse local market trends and competitive landscape.

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

• Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical or Instrumentation)
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Minimum 15 years of professional Industry experience in Control valves segment.
• Experience in sales environment, preferably on capital project sales
• Willingness to undertake extensive travel.
• Having the ability to drive all people for the same goal.
