Roles Responsibilities This role will aim to build operational excellence in HR operations for more than 1800 employees across the globe. Oversee day-to-day operations to support the growth and add to the bottom line of an organization Experience in Managing Plant is must. Define and implement operations strategy, structure, and processes. Interview, hire, train, and mentor the operations management team Provide regular performance updates to the senior leadership team Implement improved processes and management methods to generate higher ROI and workflow optimization. Handling employee grievances maintaining industrial peace and harmony. Provides strategic advice and recommendations to leadership in the development, implementation, and evaluation of new or modified operating policies, practices, and procedures within the specified functional area of focus. Developing organizational culture Values. Identify and build on areas where value can be added to operations
Education and Experience
A minimum of 10+ years of experience with strong exposure to HR Operations including HRIS or HR systems, policy and process management, and Global employee exposure. MBA or post-graduate certification in HR Data-driven with strong analytical skills Ability to thrive in fast-paced, hyper-growth environments Ability to manage and direct a team to inspire high performance Ability to bring structure to complex problem statements and projects
