We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to lead our Operations team in HR-CBS, based in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR operations and management, with excellent leadership and communication skills. ### Roles and Responsibility Develop and implement effective operational strategies to achieve business objectives. Manage and supervise a team of professionals to ensure efficient operations. Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
