Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Hospital Engagement & Communication:

Conduct and lead structured

Video Conferences (VCs)

with partner and empaneled hospitals.

Act as the

primary point of contact

and

clinical representative of Star Health

in high-level discussions with senior hospital management and top doctors.

Clearly communicate clinical concerns, quality gaps, and expectations on behalf of the organization.

2. Clinical Assessment & Knowledge Sharing:

Use

extensive clinical expertise

to identify gaps in diagnosis, treatment, or surgical procedures and offer guidance to hospital doctors.

Promote

ethical and evidence-based medical practices

among treating physicians during interactions.

Stay updated on

current medical and surgical trends

, including treatment protocols, and educate hospital teams accordingly.

3. Market Awareness & Clinical Benchmarking:

Understand and assess

market rates and cost patterns

of medical/surgical interventions.

Create awareness about standard treatment costs and ethical billing practices in line with industry benchmarks.

4. Strategic Data Extraction & Relationship Building:

Demonstrate proficiency in

extracting critical insights

and data points from hospital interactions to facilitate

mutually beneficial outcomes

Build and nurture long-term partnerships with hospital stakeholders for smooth operations and continuous quality improvement.

5. Administrative & Team Leadership Responsibilities:

Review and correct

Minutes of Meetings (MoMs)

to ensure accuracy and clarity in communication.

Monitor and follow up on

post-VC communications

and action items with hospitals.

Provide

leadership and oversight

to internal team members, ensuring timely coordination, tracking, and performance alignment.
