About the Role

We are looking for a strong and experienced Senior Manager for our Head Office. The ideal candidate should have deep experience in operations, process improvement, and team leadership. This role requires someone who can streamline work, fix gaps, manage teams, and ensure smooth functioning of the department.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage day-to-day operations at the Head Office.

• Identify gaps in processes and implement effective improvements.

• Build, guide, and supervise teams to achieve performance goals.

• Develop SOPs and ensure all teams follow them consistently.

• Coordinate with multiple departments to ensure smooth workflow.

• Monitor operational KPIs and share reports with management.

• Solve on-ground problems quickly and ensure timely execution.

• Support management in planning, strategy, and decision-making.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10–15 years of strong operational management experience.

• Proven experience in process optimisation and building systems.

• Strong leadership and team-handling skills.

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
