Senior Manager - Growth & Monetization

As a Senior Manager for Cond Nast's Home business, your role will be crucial in driving revenue and strengthening connections with the Architecture, Interiors, and Design (AID) community across North India, East India, and select international markets. Your responsibilities will include: - Owning and achieving annual revenue targets across print, digital, video, and experiential verticals. - Leading commercial relationships with key clients, agencies, and partners in North, East, and select global design-forward markets. - Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities while nurturing existing partnerships within the AID and luxury ecosystem. - Representing AD India at industry forums, client engagements, and premium on-ground activations locally and globally. - Collaborating with editorial, creative, and marketing teams to develop outstanding branded content and event experiences. Qualifications required for this role include: - 4-5 years of relevant experience in luxury media, design, lifestyle, or brand partnerships. - Strong network within the AID community and luxury marketing ecosystem in the specified regions. - Ability to build relationships effectively, possess commercial acumen, and demonstrate creative instincts. - Comfortable managing important conversations and navigating complex client relationships. - Enthusiasm for design, architecture, storytelling, and luxury living.
