You will be responsible for leading Cond Nast's Home business across North India, East India, and select international markets as the Regional Head. Your role will be pivotal in driving revenue and strengthening connections with the Architecture, Interiors, Design (AID) community, blending design, luxury, and media aspects. Your main responsibilities will include owning and achieving annual revenue targets through print, digital, video, and experiential platforms. You will manage commercial relationships with key clients, agencies, and partners in designated markets, driving both new business opportunities and nurturing existing partnerships within the AID and luxury segments. Additionally, you will represent AD India at various industry events, client engagements, and premium activations to enhance brand presence. Collaboration with editorial, creative, and marketing teams is essential for creating exceptional branded content and event experiences. Furthermore, you will lead a high-performance commercial team, providing management and inspiration. The ideal candidate should have 8-12 years of relevant experience in luxury media, design, lifestyle, or brand partnerships. Strong connections within the AID community and luxury marketing ecosystem in the specified regions are crucial. You should possess excellent relationship-building skills, commercial acumen, and creative flair, enabling you to navigate high-value conversations and complex client relationships effectively. A genuine passion for design, architecture, storytelling, and luxury living is essential for success in this role.
