Job Description

Key Skills:

Roles and Responsibilities:

Manage multiple GCP projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to SLA commitments.
Collaborate with application packaging teams to resolve technical challenges during the integration phase.
Communicate effectively with project teams regarding technical and application issues related to GCP solutions.
Work with engineering and operations teams to monitor the environment appropriately.
Provide deployment activities to create and maintain development, test, UAT, and production environments.
Establish, document, and implement best practices for application initiation and deployment processes.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction.
Flexibly adapt to project needs and requirements.
Develop and maintain GCP cost dashboards, alerting, and monitoring systems.
Manage a small team of technical specialists, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.
Develop KPIs to track the efficacy of test environment delivery efforts and move towards 100% automation.

Skills Required:

Strong expertise in GCP administration, DevOps practices, and Terraform.
Experience in cloud integration, cloud migration, and data analytics is desirable.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to lead a small technical team and mentor team members.
Experience developing dashboards, monitoring tools, and KPIs for cloud operations.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to drive operational excellence.
