Accounting - Monitoring of book keeping, Reconciliation & Scrutiny of Accounts
Internal and Statutory Audit, Statutory Compliance : GST, TDS etc
Direct & Indirect taxes, ensuring timely refunds
Consolidation & Finalization of accounts and Annual Report.
Budgeting, Liaison with Government statutory bodies and CS.
Finance - Management of Forex Risk / Credit Risk/ General & Liability Risk
Liquidity of Funds, Statutory compliances - RBI, FEMA
Managing Working Capital Cycle, Receivable & payable
Liaison with bankers
Chartered Accountant with 3-5 Years of post-qualification experience, preferably from export oriented organization
Knowledge of Exim laws, Customs, GST, TDS
