Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Having experience in preparing P&L balance accounts and finalization of books.
Having experience in account receivable process.
Having experience in Direct and Indirect Taxation.
As a key member of executive leadership team, formulate and implement strategies to boost performance and ensure operational efficiency.
Provide insight and recommendations to both short-term and long-term growth plan of organization
Assess and evaluate financial performance of organization regarding operational goals.
Evaluate, improve, and help build cross-company processes that are efficient and scalable; assist with crafting and realizing company policies and procedures that institutionalize proper controls.
Performing risk management by analyzing the organizations liabilities and investments
Responsibility includes assessing risk in investments, and ensuring all accounting activities comply with regulations. To be successful in this role, you should have experience crafting and managing accounting teams.

Lead and develop finance and accounting talents and team

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum 8+ Years of Experience and must have proven experience in similar leadership role for at least 3 years.
Must have exposure into finance and account closings.
Must have exposure into Direct and Indirect Taxation.
Must be a visionary and creative person with sound judgment
In depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices
Excellent knowledge of data analysis.
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Excellent communication and people skills

An analytical mind, comfortable with numbers
