Lead and manage day-to-day finance & accounts operations including payables, receivables, reconciliations, and general ledger management. Oversee statutory, internal, and compliance audits; coordinate with external auditors and regulatory authorities. Manage direct & indirect taxation, including GST, TDS, corporate tax, and other statutory compliances. Develop, monitor, and report on annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans; provide insights for cost optimization and revenue enhancement. Maintain effective banking relationships and ensure efficient cash flow management, fund flow planning, and credit facilities. Prepare and present MIS reports, financial statements, and management dashboards for decision-making. Ensure compliance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS), Companies Act, and other financial regulations. Provide strategic support to senior management on business planning, risk management, and financial growth strategies. Lead, mentor, and guide the finance team to ensure efficiency and accuracy in all financial processes. Qualifications & Skills Educational Qualification: Qualified CA / CMA / CFA (preferred). Experience: Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts within the business consulting industry. Strong knowledge of taxation, audits, budgeting, and financial compliance. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Proficiency in accounting software, ERP systems, MS Excel, and financial reporting tools. Strong leadership, communication, and team management abilities.
