Senior Manager Finance Accounting

As a Senior Manager in Finance & Accounting Services at Flatworld Solutions, you will play a crucial role in being the Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Accounting. Your responsibilities will include supporting pre-sales activities, leading F&A transitions, and ensuring service excellence for our global clients. Your key responsibilities will revolve around acting as an SME in various areas of Finance & Accounting such as AP, AR, GL, FP&A, and Reporting. You will be instrumental in supporting pre-sales efforts through solution design, pricing strategies, and client presentations. Additionally, you will take the lead in end-to-end transitions, knowledge transfer, and ensuring delivery excellence, compliance, and adherence to SLAs. Mentoring and upskilling F&A teams, driving process improvements, and automation will also be part of your role. To excel in this position, you are required to have a CA/CPA/M.Com qualification with at least 10 years of experience in Finance & Accounting, including a minimum of 3 years in SME or leadership roles. Experience in a BPO/shared services setup is essential, along with strong client engagement and solutioning skills. A proven track record in transitions and operational excellence will further strengthen your candidacy.
