Senior Manager Finance Accounting

As a Senior Manager in the Finance & Accounts department at CulverMax Entertainment Pvt Ltd, formerly known as Sony Pictures Networks India, you will play a crucial role in assisting the Department Head in managing the overall function. Your responsibilities will include: - Designing, implementing, and monitoring a strong control framework - Assessing, monitoring, and improving process efficiencies, including automation projects - Adopting best practices and creating/maintaining SOPs, accounting policies, and checklists - Developing and publishing spend analysis - Managing accounting, reporting, and assisting in budgeting and forecasting for content costs, marketing activities, Capex, Technical cost for OTT platform, GST reconciliations, and monitoring accounting for Studio Next projects - Building strong relationships with Business teams and stakeholders to drive the Finance agenda while balancing business requirements Qualifications: - Education: Chartered Accountant - Experience: 10-12 years - Location: Mumbai Key Skills Required: - Orientation for detail - Effective stakeholder management - Process & control orientation - Team player - Excellent communication skills - Willingness to learn - Innovative & out-of-the-box thinking - Multitasking, efficient planning, and time management - Ability to balance business requirements while retaining Finance controls Preferred Skills: - Knowledge of accounting standards - Knowledge of relevant income tax and GST provisions - Excellent knowledge of SAP system & Excel - Knowledge about best practices around P2P process - Ability to assess and improvise on the control environment At CulverMax Entertainment Pvt Ltd, we are home to some of India's leading entertainment channels.
