Job Description

The role you are applying for involves strategically managing the penetration and performance of various fee-based products, including Value Add Services such as Health & Wellness, Mobile ADLD, credit shield, and health insurance. Your responsibilities will include not only achieving penetration targets but also overseeing the seamless execution of operational tasks associated with these offerings. The ultimate goal is to enhance the accessibility and effectiveness of these services, thereby contributing to the overall success and satisfaction of our customers. Your key responsibilities will include overseeing penetration management in collaboration with diverse business teams, conducting training sessions for both new and existing employees, managing and nurturing partner relationships for optimal outcomes, designing innovative fee-based products to enhance our service portfolio, strategically planning and executing the rollout of new offerings, analyzing market trends and customer needs to inform product development, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product integration, monitoring and assessing the performance of fee-based products, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards. To be successful in this role, you must possess a Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field, along with a minimum of 7 to 12 years of experience in Insurance or core sector. Proven experience in product management, especially in the financial sector, is preferred. Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential, as well as proficiency in Hindi; proficiency in other regional languages is an added advantage. You should also be proficient in data analysis and reporting tools to prepare and analyze reports on fee product performance, including sales metrics, revenue generation, and customer satisfaction. Additionally, you should have the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and demonstrate skills in listening, leadership, and time management.,
