Role Summary:

Senior Facilities Leader

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide

    strategic oversight

    of facility operations including housekeeping, security, cafeteria, engineering, maintenance, and front office services.
  • Lead

    multi-location facility management

    , ensuring standardized processes and service delivery excellence.
  • Drive

    vendor governance

    , including strategic sourcing, AMC/SLAs, contract negotiations, performance benchmarking, and renewals.
  • Champion

    compliance management

    , ensuring adherence to statutory norms (fire, electrical, environment, labor, etc.) and timely audits.
  • Own the

    annual facilities budget

    , driving planning, cost control, and ROI through optimization and process improvements.
  • Collaborate closely with senior leadership, HR, IT, Admin, and Business Units to enable seamless operations and support.
  • Lead

    workspace strategy

    , including office expansions, consolidations, space planning, hybrid work enablement, and change management.
  • Monitor and report

    facilities KPIs

    , aligning with business goals and SLAs.
  • Ensure

    business continuity planning

    from an infrastructure standpoint and lead emergency preparedness programs.
  • Drive

    sustainability and ESG goals

    , including energy efficiency, waste management, green certifications, and employee well-being.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Graduate in any discipline;

    professional certification in facilities/workplace management

    (e.g., IFMA, RICS, LEED AP) is highly preferred.
  • 10–15 years of experience managing

    corporate real estate and facilities operations

    , ideally in mid-to-large enterprise environments.
  • Strong understanding of

    local and national regulatory requirements

    and statutory compliance frameworks.
  • Proven track record of

    leading cross-functional teams

    , vendor ecosystems, and managing large facility footprints.
  • Strong leadership, strategic thinking,

    crisis management

    , and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
  • Proficiency in

    CAFM/BMS tools

    , workplace analytics, and productivity platforms (MS Office, Power BI preferred).
