Oversee contracts and vendor relationships for equipment rental, repair, and support services. Plan and implement health, safety, and fire compliance in high-tech studio environments. Support production teams with studio scheduling, resource allocation, and space planning. Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of lighting rigs, camera tracking setups, and display walls. Supervise housekeeping, security, and logistics staff to maintain a professional studio environment. Develop and monitor budgets for facility operations, equipment upgrades, and studio expansion projects. Implement sustainable practices for energy management in high-power-consumption setups.
