Job Description

Roles and responsibilities: Driving end-to-end transformation across Finance & Accounting functions, including P2P, O2C, R2R
Lead process optimization, standardization, automation, and digital innovation to enhance operational efficiency, improve controls, and enable a scalable global finance operating model
Identify the need and scope for digitalization, create and implement global process standardization frameworks and best-practice
Implement Lean, Six Sigma, RPA, AI, and analytics-driven transformation initiatives
Apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies to eliminate waste, reduce cycle time, and improve process stability
Key skillset: Driving transformation and automations in F&A
Certification in Lean Six Sigma
