Hands-on exposure to Chatbot and Voicebot implementation leveraging AI/Gen AI technologies . Knowledge and practical experience with NLU (Natural Language Understanding) platforms , such as: RASA Google Dialogflow Poly AI Sierra Dyna (or similar platforms) Good to Have Skillsets: Relationship Manager (RM) chat channel experience (e.g., WhatsApp, WeChat, or other messaging channels). Exposure to Genesys Cloud contact center integration .
