As a Senior Manager in the People Consulting (PC), Workforce Management (WFM) team at EY-GDS Consulting, you will play a crucial role in managing the global workforce in today's fast-changing and highly disrupted environment. You will be part of a team that supports clients in aligning their HR function with organizational plans while prioritizing employee experience. By joining us, you will gain cross-functional, multi-industry, and truly global work experience to advance your career. **Key Responsibilities:** - Contribute to the firm's growth and development by successfully delivering project engagements, leading client working sessions, providing expertise in your knowledge area, supporting sales and business development, and assisting in framing extension and project expansion work. - Focus on meeting client expectations while identifying opportunities for further expanding relationships. - Serve various roles based on project scope such as Engagement Manager, Application Architect, Process & Best Practice Consultant, and Application Consultant. - When acting as an Application Consultant: - Participate in full life cycle activities. - Ensure the product is designed to meet business requirements. - Collaborate with Process Specialists during discovery workshops. - When acting as a Process/Best Practice Consultant: - Facilitate end-state visioning sessions under the guidance of Application Specialists. - Ensure quality delivery and operational management. - Manage engagement risk, project economics, escalations, effective planning, and budgeting. - Provide counseling and coaching, define goals, conduct performance reviews, and ensure team development. **Skills and Attributes for Success:** - High integrity and commitment to work in a challenging environment. - Ability to manage ambiguity and be proactive. - Strong communication and presentation skills. - Cross-cultural awareness and sensitivity. - High energy levels, agility, and adaptability. - Openness to travel nationally and internationally for client projects. **Qualifications:** - 12-16 years of experience. - Master's degree in HR or similar full-time MBA/EMBA. - Experience in a consulting environment on global client projects related to time & attendance, workforce management transformation, and shared services advisory. - Experience in team management and providing guidance on workforce management processes and systems. **Preferred Qualifications:** - Led Workforce Management project work streams from planning to implementation. - Project management experience. - FPC, CPP, or PMP certification. - Experience working with a Big 4 consulting firm. **What We Look For:** - Independent, self-motivated, proactive professionals with a results-oriented approach. - Technical experts with commercial acumen, enthusiasm to adapt, and willingness to learn. - Professionals committed to continual professional development and growth.
