Senior Manager - External Engagement

As a part of Anant National University, India's Premier Design University, you will be contributing to training students to devise solutions for global problems through creative thinking. Our multidisciplinary programs integrate knowledge from various disciplines and traditional practices with cutting-edge technology to address diverse challenges. **Key Responsibilities:** - Plan and execute school and college outreach programs across India to promote the University's undergraduate and postgraduate offerings. - Build and sustain partnerships with career counselors, schools, and coaching centers to drive student interest and applications. - Conceptualize, plan, and execute external events such as education fairs, design conclaves, exhibitions, and partner meetings. - Handle all external relationships related to marketing and admissions to align with the University's outreach goals. - Collaborate with the Office of Brand and Communication to ensure consistency in outreach communication and event branding with Anant's brand identity. - Lead, mentor, and monitor a pan-India outreach team to achieve territory and national-level goals. - Maintain accurate daily MIS, dashboards, and reports for management to track outreach activities, leads, and outcomes. - Utilize CRM tools (ExtraEdge/Meritto) and AI-based analytics to optimize outreach efficiency and partner engagement. - Stay updated on student-related trends, communication styles, and expectations to design relevant engagement strategies. - Conduct interactive sessions, seminars, and workshops with students, parents, and influencers across India. - Travel extensively for events, outreach, and relationship management. **Qualification Required:** - Graduate/Post Graduate in any stream. **Key Skills:** - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Strategic planner with operational discipline and attention to detail. - Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and AI-based engagement platforms. - Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills. - Self-starter, data-driven, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.,
