Job Description

As a Senior Manager - Enterprise Sales at Safal Softcom, your role involves leading new business acquisition and strategic account growth for Safal's S2P/P2P and Vendor Management solutions across large and mid-sized enterprises. Your responsibilities will include: - Owning and driving the end-to-end enterprise sales cycle from prospecting to closure. - Identifying and targeting large organizations across Textile, Steel and Pipe, Cement, Chemicals, Hospitality, Oil & Gas, EPC/Infra/Contracting. - Engaging with CXOs, Procurement Heads, Finance Controllers, and IT leaders to understand business challenges and present tailored solutions. - Developing and executing a strategic account plan for achieving revenue targets and expanding footprint. - Delivering high-impact product demonstrations and presentations highlighting ROI, process efficiency, and digital transformation value. - Collaborating with Product and Implementation teams to deliver customized proposals, RFP responses, and solution documentation. - Maintaining a robust pipeline and accurate sales forecasts using CRM tools. - Representing Safal at industry events, exhibitions, and procurement forums. - Ensuring strong post-sales relationship management for upsell and cross-sell opportunities. - Monitoring market trends, competitor positioning, and emerging procurement technologies. Qualifications and Experience required for this role: - MBA / B.E. / B.Tech / Graduate in Business, Engineering, or related field. - 5-10 years of experience in Enterprise B2B Solution Sales (preferably SaaS, ERP, or Procurement domains). - Proven success in selling enterprise automation or digital procurement solutions to large organizations. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to influence at CXO levels. - Experience in handling complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals with long sales cycles. - Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
