Job Description

Roles and Responsibility

Lead the engineering team to design and develop innovative products.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
Develop and implement engineering strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
Mentor junior engineers and provide guidance on best practices.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Analyze complex technical problems and provide solutions.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) or equivalent.
Minimum 8 years of experience in engineering management.
Strong knowledge of engineering principles and practices.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Experience with agile development methodologies.
