Senior Manager-Engagement Management-Engagement Lead

Job Description: As the client-facing lead in this role, you will combine engagement management, client relationship leadership, sales enablement, and delivery oversight with deep knowledge of data platforms, governance, and AI modernization. Your primary responsibility will be to act as a trusted advisor to business and technology stakeholders, ensuring that EXL AI & data solutions deliver measurable outcomes across industries such as Insurance, Healthcare, Banking, Retail, and Emerging Markets. You will collaborate closely with vertical (IMU) leaders, sales, and marketing teams to expand opportunities, shape data-driven strategies, and ensure the success of multi-agent AI platform deployments.
