Senior Manager, Employee Recruiting

Role Overview: As a high-impact Recruiting Manager for Salesforce's Technology & Product teams in India, you will be leading a team to drive hiring strategies in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Your role goes beyond filling roles - it involves crafting strategies, influencing senior leadership, and making recruiting a business-critical function. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and scale a high-performing team of recruiters focused on Product Engineering and Technology hiring in India. - Strategize quarterly and annual hiring plans in collaboration with Engineering, Product, and Business leaders. - Enhance candidate and hiring manager experience through structured processes and touchpoints. - Drive data-driven recruiting by utilizing dashboards, metrics, and insights to shape strategy. - Develop inclusive sourcing and branding initiatives to attract diverse talent. - Provide coaching, career development, and feedback to recruiters for growth and excellence. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure scalable and compliant processes. Qualifications Required: - 10+ years of recruitment experience with 3+ years in a leadership role. - Proven track record of meeting engineering hiring goals in a high-growth tech company. - Deep understanding of Product Engineering and Cloud hiring landscape in India/APAC. - Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence leaders with data and insights. - Experience with ATS tools, CRMs, and talent intelligence platforms. - Commitment to inclusive hiring practices and diversity-focused initiatives. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills for representing recruiting in executive meetings.
