You will be supporting mission and business-critical applications within Verizon. You will be part of Pega Community of Practice and will be driving Omni and Customer Centric experiences. You will be delivering solutions within a large enterprise systems framework for key business KPIs. Leading, developing and maintaining applications by evaluating client needs, analyzing requirements, developing software systems. Understanding functional requirement and translate into technical requirements to meet expectations. Defining execution plan and approach based on project scope, expected timeline and available budget/resources. Managing stakeholder communication and leading project status updates with client groups and IT teams. Leading and developing high performing teams, supporting Agile working practices with diversified cultural workforce. Defining Best Practices, understanding technology trends and know-how about open source technologies. Where you'll be working... You are great at analyzing business requirements and translating them into system requirements using the lens of the customer experience. You are passionate about working with people in a diverse and fast paced environment. You'll Need To Have Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience. Six years or more years of relevant work experience. Six or more years of experience designing PRPC applications including gathering of requirements, formulating design of Class structure, Rules Sets structure, Organization structure, identification of Properties and design of Flows based on the requirements, Integration & Queues. Knowledge of PEGA Guardrails, performance tuning and building quality applications. Experience in Java and Oracle technologies. Experience using debugging tools like PAL and Tracer. Experience with Automated Unit testing. Experience applying Agile process. Experience designing and collaborating with senior design/architects. Domain experience with the tying of metrics with business requirements and looking at the customer experience. Two or more years of experience managing a high performing team. Pega Certified - CSA & CSSA. Even better if you have one or more of the following: Master's degree. Experience leading teams of design/architects of OSS/BSS applications. Experience leading teams developing applications using Rule models, DSM, Process Models, Web Service, LDAP setups, Connectors and Pega User Interface. Domain experience with Sales and Service Flows in Ordering applications. Good domain expertise in plans and offer products. Knowledge of security vulnerabilities and implementing security by design. Ability to provide estimates/sizing for high-level requirement. Ability to come up with alternate solutions when product challenges are met.
