Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Surat- head office for a Senior Manager Ecommerce Jewelry. The Senior Manager will oversee the daily operations of our ecommerce platform, including inventory management, product listings, and order processing. They will develop and implement online sales strategies, monitor market trends, and analyze ecommerce performance metrics. Additionally, the Senior Manager will collaborate with marketing teams to enhance digital campaigns, oversee customer service related to online sales, and ensure website usability and functionality are optimized.
