Job Title: Senior Manager - Data Science Lead

About the role: Roles in this job family are involved in the analysis and modelling of data, as well as the provision and preparation of reporting to support business requirements. They provide advice and support in using data and typically have experience and knowledge in using analytical software, systems and reporting tools.

Role Responsibilities:

Lead professionals are individual contributors

Requires in-depth conceptual and practical knowledge in own discipline and basic knowledge of related disciplines

Has knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; is aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate the company in the market

Acts as a resource for other team members; may lead projects with limited risks and resource requirements

Solves complex problems by taking a new perspective on existing solutions; exercises judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information

Impacts achievement of activities within own team and other related teams; works within broad guidelines and policies

Confidently explains complex, difficult and/or sensitive information; works to build consensus
