Senior Manager - Data Science Lead

You will be joining the Diageo India (USL) team as a Senior Manager - Data Science Lead. Your primary responsibility will be to utilize data insights to build competitive advantage and support various business functions such as marketing, sales, supply chain, and product innovation. Your role will involve translating data into strategic insights to shape the future of the brands. - Design, develop, and deploy predictive and prescriptive models that demonstrate measurable business impact. - Ensure high model accuracy, explainability, and compliance. - Translate analytical insights into clear, actionable recommendations for business and functional leaders. - Understand the digital products ecosystem and work with product owners to design data-driven insights integrated into products. - Partner with data engineering to ensure data quality, readiness, and availability for analytics initiatives. - Evangelize AI across the organization and lead the upskilling and development of analytics talent for project resources, internal users, and stakeholders. - Postgraduate degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative discipline.
